After-sales service
Mentex warrants this product to be free from defects for a period of one year, including main unit and accessories (disposable parts are not includes in it). Meanwhile, we can provide accessories and disposable parts for not less than 10 years.
When the product is broken down, we promise to act within 24 hours. If the trouble cannot be resolved, we make sure to arrive in the accident place within 48 hours.
Warranty items
- This warranty does not apply to malfunction or damage resulting from alternating accessories made by user self.
- This warranty does not apply to malfunction or damage of our listed warranty units resulting from alternating accessories made by user self.
- This warranty does not apply to malfunction or damage of the units that used by our manufacturer but was built in other manufacturer.
- This warranty does not apply to malfunction or damage resulting form accident or misuse.
- After warranty period, our user can still receive our service which will collect fees, or can pay yearly repairing fee in order to maintain free warranty. For exact problem, please contact with our customer service department.
- Warranty means that all the charges of material, man-hour, and traveling expenses are free.
- We promise that we can free of man-hour fee in our collecting fee service.
Note: zhengmen Technology Ltd. will hold the right to final explanation, and have the right to change items without indication.
